A Firefighter and Paramedic, John started helping domestic animals and feral cats, then migrated into wildlife rehabilitation when he realized there just weren't enough rehabbers in his area. He now rescues all small mammals within 100 miles but will travel even further to help an animal in need. While John's friends at the fire department help build cages, the day to day expenses to save animals can be overwhelming. John knows he could do so much more for injured and orphaned animals with additional assistance.
