Since Julie was a child, she always loved animals and would bring home any injured animal to care for them. Three years ago, she found an injured baby squirrel and when she tried to find help for it, she noticed the crucial need for more rehabbers in her area. She decided to get her own permit to help with the rehabilitator shortage, and has never looked back. Julie loves helping injured and orphaned animals heal and make it back to the wild.
