Native wildlife and habitat conservation is very important to Katy and is she is currently working toward her masters in Environmental Studies. She started in domestic animal rescue, but had many foster failures. She wanted to work with animals that need help, but that she could not keep, and has been rehabilitating wildlife ever since. She loves the goal of wildlife rehabilitation, raising them to live and thrive in the wild.
