I was formerly a special education teacher. It was my passion. Over 2 years ago, I had an accident that caused an awful Traumatic brain injury with a hemorrhage. Sadly, I cannot return back to work. Saving animals became my purpose at that point. However, I no longer have an income coming in and donations from others is what has helped us be able to help many animals. My teen daughter and I started out as kitten and puppy fosters. From there, our love of animals expanded into the wildlife area. I reached out to an amazing rehabber and we work under her. My teenage son is now also helping us out. It is a way that we all work together and it has brought us even closer while we help the helpless.
