Lauren A.

In 2013 Lauren was between schools and took a wildlife rehabilitation course at a local college. She discovered her passion for wildlife and conservation and began rehabbing the summer of 2014. Lauren is now employed at the Carolina Raptor Center where she cares for birds of prey, however she is still a homecare rehabber who stays busy with possums in the summer months. She has also rehabbed songbirds and has needed an incubator many times. Despite working two jobs, she makes it a priority to do what she can to help wildlife in need.
