Lea P.
Thank you to all our donors, we have met our fundraising goal.
$475 of $475 raised
For years Lea has worked in human medicine as an X-ray Technologist, orthopedic assistant, and as a medical technician at an Urgent Care Center. She left human medicine and when the opportunity arose to get involved with wildlife, she thought it was a good way to use the knowledge she had gained over the years in human medicine. After working as a volunteer and seasonal employee at Greenwood Wildlife, Lea decide to become a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. She is now the Animal Care Supervisor at Greenwood and also takes baby mammals home for overnight feedings that are too young to be at the center. An incubator will be a huge help in saving those fragile little ones.
