I got into rehabbing after fostering many dogs and cats. I wanted to be able to broaden my horizon and help as many animals as possible. I live in a very rural county with a limited amount of rehabbers so it’s often hard to find urgent care for orphaned/injured wildlife. This is due to the amount of animals each rehabber cares for and the distance between us all. I am happy to be able to take some of the load off of experienced rehabbers and jump in to provide care.
