I've always loved animals. Living on a farm we have numerous babies we raise every year so when I retired from being a police officer I wanted something to do where I could still serve, only instead of serving people I was ready for something different. A friend found some baby opossums on a dead momma and brought them to me to raise. I immediately started researching how to raise them. It started me on a journey to help as many wild animals as possible. My first year being licensed I helped over 100 animals. This is my second year and baby season is well on its way to being another busy year.

I love what I do and want to do the best I can for these animals.
