Mikaela L.

Mikaela has always been in the animal care field. She has worked at horse stables, in animal boarding facilities, directed an animal shelter, and been a Veterinary Technician. While she was a Vet Tech at Ambassador Animal Hospital for Dr. G.M. and Dr. Scott Solberg, Mikaela began assisting a wildlife rehabber, and shortly after the formation of G.M. Solberg Wildlife Rescue she became a licensed apprentice. Dr. G.M. Solberg truly instilled the importance of wildlife in their community, and in all his staff. The rescue was established in his honor after his passing in 2017. Mikaela says that it's an honor to be a part of this organization. Wildlife rehabilitation gives her an opportunity to educate her community on the importance of wildlife, and carry on the legacy that Dr. G.M. Solberg left up to them.
