Nay F.
Nay has always held a special place in her heart for animals. Her wildlife rehabbing journey didn't begin until she found 2 baby opossums in the middle of the road with their dead momma. One of the babies had a deformed jaw and only one eye (born deformed). Most people would have passed them by or given up on the deformed baby but Nay saw fight in them, and the will to live! She took them home and there it began. She looked into wildlife rehabilitation and began volunteering and working under a licensed rehabber. She learned so much about the different species habitats, diet, medication, temperatures, and other specifics on them all. She could not understand how people could harm such needed creatures, why we couldn't live together in peace, and how on earth people could end these innocent lives. She began researching, educating people, and fighting for wildlife rights. Nay is now the only licensed wildlife rehabber in her county and surrounding counties and the costs are all out of pocket. She vows to continue to fight for the wildlife species, care for those who need help and releasing them back into the wild to give them their much deserved second chance at freedom and life!
