After 25 years in the maritime industry, Paula says that she came ashore and found her true calling. Wild and domestic animals have played a major role in her life from as far back as she can remember, but when she met wildlife rehabbers for the first time, she knew that was what she was meant to do. Of all the mammals, the amazing Raccoon grabbed Paula's heart, so that is where she concentrates. She says that there is no better feeling than taking in an injured or orphaned raccoon, then providing and caring for their every need right up to their return back to the wild. An incubator will give her the best chance of helping fragile babies make that journey.
