Rachelle N.

Rachelle was 12 years old when she started volunteering for Evelyn's Wildlife Refuge where she cleaned cages and assisted with meal prepping for various animals. It only grew from there as she found herself helping out more and more. As an adult, Rachelle was working in the Veterinary field on a daily basis with different animals and exotic pets but it has always been her dream to become a wildlife rehabilitator. Animals are her passion and she's so excited that her life long dream is finally coming true. Rachelle joined the team at Altons' Wildbird Rescue and Rehabilitation, working with an array of song birds, birds of prey, and squirrels. An incubator will help her save the lives of her tiniest and most fragile patients.
