Sharon loves animals and especially has a passion for tigers and lions -- but there aren't too many of those wandering around Minneapolis in need of a rehabber! She began volunteering in the squirrel nursery at the Wildlife Center of Minnesota and loved it. Soon friends were bringing her baby squirrels to help so she decided to pursue getting her own permit. Sharon now cares for orphaned baby squirrels, other small mammals and small birds, and hopes to increase her permit level soon to help even more. She feels that all animals should have the opportunity to live and grow up in the manner nature intended, and she wants to be able to help them in any way she can.
