Stephanie always loved working with animals -- it's her greatest passion. Three years ago her life was changed by cancer which she overcame but was left with a serious and painful joint disease. Unable to work, Stephanie decided to turn the negative into a positive. While she is home recovering, the animals she loves can recover with her. Stephanie became a licensed rehabber and now cares for opossums and squirrels. She feels that if life gives her a chance to stay alive she should give that chance back to others.
