When I was little, someone contacted my father about a nest of orphaned red squirrels. They ended up at our house and that sparked a love of wildlife and rehabbing. Four years ago after my husband and I bought our first home, I was contacted about 3 baby grey squirrels from a logging incident. We raised them and released them that year, and every year after I have received multiple calls about squirrels, opossums, and raccoons. I'm now licensed in the state of Arkansas. Im part of a small network of ladies that rehab, and we all help one another out when we can. I think an incubator would be a great tool to add to my "Ellie Mae" arsenal for these babies I so often pick up. I currently use other warming methods that aren't always reliable, so I believe this is a much needed item to help these littles in the best way possible.
