Teresa has lived in the country her entire life and has always loved being surrounded by animals. A few years ago, a friend brought her a small squirrel and asked her to try and save it. After Teresa successfully rehabilitated the little one and released it back into the wild, she was motivated her to join a local wildlife rehab group and continue saving animals. She has been helping birds and squirrels ever since. She loves the peacefulness of sitting on her porch and watching birds and squirrels and now that she's helping animals make it back to the wild, it's all the sweeter.
